思政理论课教师双重角色定位的冲突与化解

摘    要:因为思政课教师角色与高等教育的发展不同步、角色的职业特点与高校现有的考核方式不协调以及角色扮演者的职业活动空间对政治性角色功能的制约等原因,思想政治理论课教师的政治定位和职业定位之间存在角色期望、角色地位、角色行为冲突.化解思想政治理论课教师角色政治定位和职业定位之间冲突的途径是强化政治性角色,在发展中理解和把握政治性角色和职业角色的共生点.

Abstract:Because the role of ideology and politics teachers is not in line with the development of higher education,the professional characteristics of their role are incompatible with the existing assessment mode of their schools and the role performers’ space for their professional activity restricts the functioning of their political role,there arises the conflict among role expectation,role status and role behavior in their political and professional positioning.The way to dissolve the conflict lies in strengthening the teachers’ political role and trying to understand and find the symbiotic point of their political role and their professional role in development.
