| 摘 要： | 高职生礼仪文化素养的缺失的原因是多方面的。既有家庭教育的缺失，又有学校教育的失误；还有高职生自身礼仪的无知。礼仪教育在高职教育中有着重要的意义与作用：进行礼仪教育有利于继承与弘扬我国古代优秀的传统文化，有利于提高高职生的交际能力，利于促进高职生的身心健康，有利于提高高职生的综合素质，利于提升高职生的就业竞争力。培养高职生礼仪素养，要树立礼仪理念，倡导礼仪文明；开设礼仪课程，掌握礼仪知识；营造礼仪氛围，提升礼仪素养。

| Abstract: | There are various reasons for vocational college students’ lack of etiquette attainment,including the deficiency of family education as well as the failure in school education.Etiquette education plays an important role in vocational colleges: it is favorable toward the inheriting and carrying forward the fine traditions of the Chinese culture,and promoting the students’ employment competence.In order to cultivate vocational college students’ etiquette attainment,the concept of etiquette must be established.It is also necessary to offer the etiquette course and create the corresponding atmosphere so that the students would be able to acquire the knowledge and improve their etiquette. |
