摘    要:在常规条件下,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主单体、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为功能性单体、K2S2O8为引发剂进行了无皂乳液共聚合,制得粒径在250~300hm范围的丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。探讨了固含量、单体配比、引发剂含量对乳液稳定性和粒径大小的影响,以及助溶剂丙酮对聚合速率、乳胶粒的粒径及分散性的影响。

Abstract:In general condition,the soap-free emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide was studied,using potassium persul-fate(K2S2O8) as initiator.The particles with the diameter ranges from 250nm to 300nm were produced.The effects of solid content,functional monomer content and initiator content on the stability of the latexes and particles size were investigated.The effects of cosolvent acetone on the polymerization rate and the final latex particle diameter were studied as well.
