| 摘 要： | 从北海市旅游业发展状况可看出旅游高技能人才培养存在的问题：低素质人员过剩;高技能人才奇缺。北海市高等学校和北海市旅游企业在人才培养方面存在一定的问题。北海市旅游业发展所需高技能人才培养策略：提高高等学校旅游高技能人才培养水平;加强旅游企业旅游高技能人才培养力度。
