| 摘 要： | 教育的示范效应要比教育的说教作用有力得多,由失信的教育者进行的诚信教育,不仅无功,反而有害。本文认真总结了当前高校教育者的失信行为,分析了其产生的原因,探讨了加强教育者诚信的有效方式,为教育者能够真正做到在思想政治、道德品质和学识学风等方面以身作则,率先垂范,带动受教育者树立起诚信意识提供了有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Demonstration effect of education than education is much more powerful role in preaching, by promises of education to carry out the integrity of education, not only reactive, but harmful. In this paper seriously sum up the current higher education acts of the break, an analysis of its causes, to strengthen the education of good faith on effective ways for educators is truly in the ideological, political, ethical quality and style of study areas such as knowledge lead by example practice, promote awareness of the educated to establish good faith to provide a useful reference. |
