| 摘 要： | 体育中介组织是介于体育市场和科层组织之间,以信任为基础的合作,具有网络结构,市场中企业或政府对资源控制能力对其结构产生较大影响;分析体育中介组织的运行特征、运行机制;指出政府介入体育中介组织成长运行的原因,政府在体育中介组织成长中的作用,政府在体育中介组织发展中的定位.这在一定程度上填补了理论研究的空白.

| Abstract: | Sports intermediary organizations lie between the sports market and bureaucratic organizations,being trust-based cooperation,with a network structure,market or government control of resources have a significant impact on their structure.It analyzes sports agent operation characteristics and operation mechanism,points out the reason,function and role of government intervention in sport running and fills the gaps in the theoretical study. |
