摘    要:教师是新课程实施过程中最直接的参与者,新课改的成功与否,教师起着关键性作用;教师的合作意识如何也直接影响着新课改的实施效果。家长作为学生的第一监护人,与学生相处的时间多,教育子女条件优越,是重要的教育资源。教师与家长同行,学校教育将收到事半功倍的效果。文章在分析教师与家长关系现状的基础上,提出了新课改背景下教师与家长的合作意义、合作方法。

Abstract:The teachers are the most direct partners during the new lessons innovation. The parents are the first custodians of the students, and they are important education resource due to perfect conditions of bringing up children. The teachers are the vital issue in the new lessons innovation,and their awareness on cooperation has immediate effect on the result of the new lessons innovation. This thesis analysis the status of the relationship between the parents and the teachers, discuss the significance and measurement of cooperation. The teacherparent cooperation turns out to have double efficiency.
