| 摘 要： | "双师型"教师已经成为对从事职业教育教师能力素质的基本要求。从事职业教育的教师不但要做满足基本要求的"双师型"教师,更要做既有理论教学能力,又有实践教学能力的"双能型"教师,培养"双能型"教师已经成为职业院校建立真正的"教学和实践一体化"师资队伍建设的重要工作。
