| 摘 要： | 高校后勤服务企业如何营造具有自己特色,又与高校大环境相适应的企业文化,是一个亟待解决的问题。高校后勤企业文化建设的核心问题是理念的创新,后勤服务企业人员观念的更新。企业文化建设是后勤服务企业取得核心竞争力的根本途径,它对企业经营管理服务会产生强有力的影响。
