| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法及教学实践，阐明通过攻防意识的训练，可以改变学生对武术的片面认识、激发学生学习的兴趣和积极性、活跃课堂气氛、加强对动作的记忆和掌握、使学生更快、更牢地掌握套路动作，培养学生的合作精神。

| Abstract: | With methods of literature and teaching practice,This paper aims at illustrating the function of awareness of offence and defense in WuShu routine teaching.The awareness of offence and defense could change students' one-sided recognition of WuShu,and motivate students' interest,and establish nice atmosphere in class,also enhance students' mastery of operation and foster their team spirit. |
