| 摘 要： | 从以企业为技术创新中心主体的视角出发,首先对区域创新的运行过程进行分析,并试图建构一个基于该分析架构的两阶段网络DEA模型。之后采用我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据对区域创新分阶段及整体效率水平作实证测算。根据计算结果,最终给出相关结论及具针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Starting with the angle of the enterprise as the center of technological innovation, firstly analyzes the operational process of regional innovation, and try to construct a two stage DEA model based on the above analysis framework. Then estimates and calculates the in-stages and overall efficiency level of regional innovation based on the panel data of 30 provinces. According to the results, finally the paper gives the conclusion and suggestions. |
