| 摘 要： | 利用中国省际面板数据,将资源和环境纳入农业全要素生产率测算中,采用Malmquist-Luenberger指数分析2001—2012年中国30个省域的农业全要素生产率及其分解成分,考察农业发展与资源、环境的协调发展关系。研究结果表明:资源环境约束下的中国农业全要素生产率呈增长趋势,其动力主要来源于技术进步;从区域差异来看,资源环境约束下的中国农业全要素生产率呈现东、中、西部地区依次递减,东部地区农业创新者表现最为突出,中西部地区表现不太理想,面临农业发展与资源、环境协调发展的艰巨任务。

| Abstract: | Using the Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index method, the paper analyses the growth and decomposition of agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment from 2001 to 2012, and research the coordinated development among agriculture development, resources and the environment.. Results show that agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment constraint growth trend, it is mainly driven by the technological progress. The agricultural total factor productivity in China under resource and environment of the eastern, central and western regions has reduced in turn; The eastern region agricultural innovators are the most outstanding, performance of the central and western regions is not ideal, and face the daunting task of agricultural development and resources, environment coordinated development. |
