| 摘 要： | 企业集群中的知识转移和交互学习是其竞争优势形成和保持的关键因素，集群企业之所以实现知识的顺利转移，其原因在于深嵌于特定区域经济社会文化环境的具有高度产业相关性的集群特性缓释了影响知识流动的诸多障碍。从知识特性及转移理论出发，在分析影响知识转移的主要因素的基础上，对集群企业的学习能力构成进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transfer and interactive learning are the key factors in forming and sustaining cluster's competition advantages. Why enterprises transfer knowledge smoothly has been attributed to the cluster properties , which are connected with regional economic, social and cultural environment and alleviate obstacles in-the process of knowledge transfer. Based on the theory of knowledge properties and transfer, the paper analyzes main factors impacting knowledge transfer and the learning capability formation of enterprises in clusters. |
