| Abstract: | Papers on sports and physical education published in China from 1990 to April 2000 were statistically analyzed. Special attention was put on the distribution of years, different kinds of journals, the authors and the subjects of the papers. It is indicated that the amount of papers has been increased annually, but the quality needs to be improved. The de- elopement trend of sport scientific research in China is also discussed. |
