| 摘 要： | 师夷新政缘何在第一次鸦片战争后未能即时兴起,原因很多。由于传统思想束缚第一次鸦片战争未能迅速激起民族危机感,同时道光帝认识的偏差和缺乏强有力政治力量的支持,以及财政上的捉襟见肘,使这场中国低层次学习西方的运动被延误了近20年。

| Abstract: | Not copying the west immediately after the first Opium War results from many reasons?Bound by the traditional thoughts,the feeling of national crisis can not be aroused quickly after the first Opium War,in the meantime,the emperor Dao Guang,scognitive deviation,lack of the powerful support of the political power and finance difficulties result in the movement of learning from the west has been delayed nearly 20 years. |
