| Abstract: | Making some proper adjustment and utilization of the construction of the local universities and colleges of our province to meet the need of social development is a great task for the higher education to carry out to provide necessary support to two great stragedies in our province. It is an urgent requirement to speed up the transformation of Liupanshui Normal University to an institute of science and engineering to meet the need of regional development in economy in order to realize a desired goal of linkage of education and social requirement. |
