中小学校长的生命意义及其自主提升

摘    要:校长专业化不仅是我国教育改革发展新形势下对校长队伍建设提出的时代要求,更重要的是赋予了校长生命意义的特质和内涵,具体表现为校长个体成长的整体性、目的性、实践性和自主性。诠释校长生命成长内涵,有助于科学把握校长的发展和追求方向,使中小学校长摆脱"科学至上"、"知识本位"的传统观念,真正体悟"生命"的内涵,从"知识"的桎梏中解脱出来,把校长职业当作自我的生活方式。从而丰富自主学习、反思、创新的历程,实现自身生命意义的自主提升。

Abstract:The specialization of headmasters is a requirement in building headmaster teams under the new situation of education reform,and endows new peculiarity and connotative significance to their life meaning.It is manifested in the unity,purposefulness,practicality and autonomy in the cultivation of headmasters.The interpretation of the connotative significance of headmasters building is conducive to exactly understand the development and pursuit orientation of headmasters,so that they can cast off such traditional notions as "science supremacy" and "knowledge basis" and truly understand the meaning of their lives,freeing themselves from sheer knowledge and regarding the profession of being a headmaster as their way of life.In this way,they can enrich the process of self-learning,reflection and innovation and realize autonomous improvement.
