| 摘 要： | 启动职教师资特有的资格认定体系,有利于严把入口关,进一步优化教师队伍结构;有利于拓宽教师的来源渠道,吸引更多的优秀人才从教;有利于提升教师职业的专业化水平,促进教师队伍管理走上科学化、规范化和法制化轨道。因此,应从建立健全资格认定体系、形成独立的职务评审制度、建立终身培训制度和兼职教师聘用制度等方面入手,来构建合理的职教师资资格认定制度。

| Abstract: | To launch specific qualification identification system for vocational education teachers is conducive to control the entrance gate strictly and progressively optimize the structure of teaching staff; broaden teachers' origin approaches and attract more excellent teachers; enhance the professional level of teaching occupation and foster the scientification, regulation and legalization of the management of teaching staff. Therefore, the construction of reasonable qualification identification system for vocational education teachers should be started from the following aspects: building and optimizing qualification identification system, forming independent position evaluation system, constructing lifelong training system and part-time teacher appointment system. |
