| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育事业的飞速发展，体育智力创造活动日益受到重视，艺术体操作为一项体育运动项目已符合著作权法对客体的要求，但目前艺术体操成套动作尚未受到著作权法的认可和保护。从5个方面论证和分析了艺术体操成套动作应成为著作权法保护客体的可行性。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the Chinese sport undertaking, the sport mental creative efforts are increasingly emphasized. As a sport item, RG and its composition conform to the requirements for the object to the copyright law. However, at present, RG composition has not yet been accredited and protected by the copyright law. The author proves and analyses the feasibility of RG composition becoming the object protected by the copyright low. |
