| 摘 要： | 反倾销法有国内反倾销法与国际反倾销法之分。作为国内法意义上的反倾销法，其所调整的反倾销法律关系，既具有经济管理关系的属性，又具有维护公平竞争关系的属性；其法律规范所体现的特征，符合经济法的经济性、政策性、政府主导性和综合性的基本特征。对于反倾销国内法属性的界定，有助于在反倾销立法及执法中贯彻经济法实质公正和维护社会整体利益的基本理念。

| Abstract: | Antidumping law can be divided into the domestic law and the international law. As a kind of domestic law, the antidumping law should be classified as the economic law for the reasons below: the attribute of its regulated legal relationship is characteristic of economic government as well as fair competition, and its regulations are characteristic of economics, politics, administration and synthesis. The definition of the attribute of the antidumping law will contribute to the implementing of the fundamental idea of the economic law-substantial fair and the interest of the whole society. |
