SnAgCuEr系钎料的抗腐蚀性研究

摘    要:研究表明,钎料中添加微量稀土,对改善钎料性能作用显著。本文采用失重法,体式显微镜腐蚀形貌观察,对SnAgCuEr系钎料的腐蚀行为进行分析;与Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu钎料对比,研究其在室温5%中性NaCl溶液中的抗腐蚀性。

Abstract:The study shows that the effect of trace amount rare earth erbium on Improving the performance of solder alloys is obvious. In this paper the electrochemical method, the mass loss method and the microstructure observation are employed to study the corrosion performance of SnAgCuEr alloys, Compared to Sn3. 8Ag0.1Cu, the corrosion resistance of SnAgCuEr alloys is researched in 5% neutral NaCl watery solution environment.
