| 摘 要： | 旅游饭店的档次结构、规模结构和空间特征是衡量旅游饭店业和地区旅游业供给特征的重要标志。本文从档次、规模、空间分布等多角度分析湖南旅游涉外饭店的发展现状,研究湖南旅游饭店的产业规模逐渐扩大的同时,旅游饭店等级、规模及空间结构等存在的问题。结果表明:湖南旅游饭店存在结构失调性。在档次结构上,中档宾馆偏多,低档宾馆太少,无法满足日益成长的国内旅游需求;从规模上看,中型、尤其是小型宾馆数量偏多,许多重要旅游目的地缺少大型,乃至中型旅游宾馆;从空间结构上看,全省旅游宾馆的地域分布还有欠均衡,尤其是高星级宾馆的不均衡性更强。从国内外旅游饭店业发展的经验分析,如果不妥善处理这种不合理性,将会影响湖南旅游饭店业的健康发展。据此,提出了湖南省旅游饭店业可持续发展的对策。

| Abstract: | With the dvevlopment of tourism,tourist hotel industry has experiencing an unprecedented development.The grade formation,size,spatial distributions are three important targets which can appraise the characteristics of tourist hotel and regional tourism.In this article,the grade,size,spatial distribution and reception ability of tourist hotels are analyzed.On the one hand,the size of tourist hotel industry in Hunan is enlarging gradually and stepping to a mature period;on the other hand,there are much more unreasonable aspects in the grade,size and spatial distribution.In grade structure aspect,the number of middle grade hotel is too much more and the number of low-grade hotel is too small to satisfy the need of civil tourism.In size structure aspect,the number of small-sized hotel is too much more.Moreover,the spatial distribution of large-sized and middle-sized hotels is extreme unbalance.In spatial stucture,the distribution of tourist hotels is especially the high star hotels.This article is mainly to provide strategies for the deeper study on tourist hotels in Hunan. |
