| 摘 要： | 高校科技创新是我国国家创新体系建设工作的重要组成部分。当前高校面临基础研究缺乏重大理论突破和科研成果转化率低两大问题。要提高高校科技创新能力,大学必须深化科技体制改革,政府必须营造公正的科研环境,促进校企合作,并使企业成为技术开发的主体。

| Abstract: | University′s technology innovation is an important part in our national innovation system.There are two problems in the universities.One is the lack of major theoretical breakthrough in the basic research.The other is the low research conversion rate.To enhance the capacity of university′s technology innovation,the university must deepen the reform of technological structure;the government must create a fair environment for research,promoting the cooperation of the universities and enterprises so that enterprises will become the mainstay of technological development. |
