| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐农村是在全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的时代大背景下,为推动农村的物质文明、精神文明、政治文明、社会文明、生态文明建设,按照全面、协调、可持续的,统筹兼顾农村政治、经济、文化、社会、生态的"五位一体"发展模式建立起来的,充满生机活力的新型农村发展模式。建设社会主义和谐农村是新时期中国农村改革和农村发展的客观要求,是解决城乡差距扩大化的有效途径,是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键环节。

| Abstract: | To impel the civilized development of substance,spirit,politics,society and zoology,the harmonious country of socialism has been set up as a new-style developmental mode in the backdrop of building harmonious society of socialism.The building of the harmonious country of socialism is an external need of the reform and development of Chinese country,an effective way in reducing the gap between the city and country and a key step in building harmonious society of socialism. |
