摘    要:加强课堂管理是提高教学质量,实现教学目的的重要保证.军事基本技能教学属于实践性教学中的现场现地教学,是课堂教学中的一种特殊组织形式.为促进学员军事基本技能的生成,在科学分析军事基本技能教学课堂管理特点基础上,就如何提高课堂管理质量,从明确管理目的,严格管理过程,突出管理主体和优化管理环境等方面进行了探讨.
