摘    要:目的:探讨氨基酸嗜好学习建立后游泳运动大鼠血、脑脊液中BCAA、GABA、Trp及其代谢产物的关系,为延缓或消除运动性疲劳探索新的途径.方法:采用HPLC法测定味觉嗜好学习建立后,进行7天适宜、力竭游泳运动后大鼠血、脑脊液中支链氨基酸及神经递质变化.结果:血液中BCAA浓度变化趋势是力竭游泳对照组显著高于空白对照组,P<0.05;脑脊液中氨基酸嗜好组、氨基酸嗜好后适宜游泳组显著低于空白对照组,P

Influences of taste preference learning on swimming exercise ratsπ branchedchain amino acid and neurotransmitters
Abstract:The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship of swimming ratπ s BCAA ,GABA ,
Trp concent ration and metabolism in blood and CSF af ter amino acids preference learning so that a new
method to delay or eliminate exercise fatigue could be found. Changes of BCAA and neurot ransmit ters were
observed in blood and CSF af ter CTP and 7d swimming t raining by using HPLC method. It was shown
that in blood ,BCAA concent ration in exhaustive swimming group was higher than that of the cont rol group
( P < 0. 05) . In CSF ,amino acid preference and suitable swimming af ter amino acid preference group was
lower than that of the cont rol group ( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05) . Bloodπ s 5 - HTP concent ration in amino acid
preference and suitable swimming af ter amino acid preference group increased significantly ( P < 0. 05) .
However ,CSFπ s 5 HTP and Trp decreased ( P < 0. 01) . CSFπ s GABA decreased in all groups except the
swimming group af ter amino acid preference group ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 05) . The blood GABA remained
relatively stable. It was concluded that amino acid preference learning and suitable swimming could modu2
late BCAA ,GABA ,Trp and 5 HTPπ s concent rations in blood and CSF. They had the same effect s in the
body stimulation. However , there were lit tle effect s in promoting each other . Preference learning could
weaken exhaustive swimming exercise induced stimulation on the body ,which was significant for maintain2
ing homeostasis in the body and delaying fatigue.
