| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代起源于美国的风险投资对于高新技术产业的发展以及传统产业结构的更新升级都起到了巨大的推动作用，已成为各国经济发展中争相引入的金融模式。本文在分析了2009年山西省煤炭产业整合的新的经济形势的基础上，对如何把握有利时机，促进山西省风险投资发展．以带动传统产业结构升级和地方经济转型发展做出了进一步的研究。
