国有文化企业现代企业制度的公司制改造

摘    要:国有文化企业是我国文化市场重要的市场主体,是发展我国文化市场的主导力量。对国有文化市场主体的重塑和培育是我国文化体制改革的关键环节和重点问题。重塑和培育文化市场主体要按照现代企业制度的要求,按照分类指导的原则,逐步推进国有文化企业的公司制改造,使其变为产权清晰、权责明确、自主经营、自负盈亏的文化市场主体。

Abstract:The state-owned cultural enterprise is the important market participant of the cultural market,and the leading force to develop our country cultural market.Remoulding and cultivating state-owned cultural market participants is the key to the reform of our country cultural system and the difficult issues,Remoulds and cultivates state-owned cultural market participant must defer to modern enterprise system's request,according to the classified instruction's principle,advances the state-owned Cultural enterprise's corporate system transformation gradually,causes the state-owned Cultural enterprise to become cultural market participant which the property right to be clear,the power and responsibility is clear,operates independently,assumes responsibility for own profits and losses.
