| 摘 要： | 从权利的视界分析，学校教育是教育权利实现的重要载体或媒介。如果说教育权利的体现在家庭教育而言，是隐性的；那么．学校教育则是以显形展现，体现着教育权利的实现，是教育权利实现的主要场域。文章对学校教育系统中凸现的诸多问题进行理性分析，以更好的实现教育权利。

| Abstract: | From the right's point of view,school with on doubt is the main media of the realization of the education right. if the family education's embodyment of the education right is recessive , the school'embodyment is dominated. So the shool education is the main embodyment of the education right. To advance the realization of the school education ,this article analysizes problems in the school education system, especially the many details. |
