摘    要:对患者实施人性化服务,是当前医疗系统诚信卫生工作的重要内容之一。实施人性化服务,对患者必须做好超前工作,要主动换位,主动察觉,主动沟通,主动关爱。人性化服务是一种追求目标,是一种高境界的服务理念,是广大医院工作者必须营造的人文氛围,必须达到的精神境界。

Abstract:Implementing the humanized service to the patients is one of current medical system good faith health work important items.The implementation of humanized service,must work in advance to the patients, must feel initiatively standing in the patients'positions,be aware of the needs of patients,communicate with them,show loving concerns The humanized service is one kind of pursuing goal,is one kind of high level service idea,is humanity atmosphere which the hospital staff must establish and the spiritual level owned by themselves.
