| 摘 要： | 文教卫生事业历来是事关民生问题的重要组成部分,陕甘宁边区政府成立后,为了巩固边区,从解决好人民群众最紧迫的文化教育和卫生问题着手,兴办国民教育、广泛开展形式多样、内容丰富的社会教育和文艺活动,丰富人民群众文化生活,为营造和谐边区创造了条件。

| Abstract: | Cultural undertakings is people＇s livelihood issues, as an important part of the government of the Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia border region. In order to consolidate after the establishment of the masses, they solved education ＆ health problems of culture and national education extensively in various forms, enriched content of social education, cultural activities and people＇s cultural life. And then they ereated a harmonious conditions. |
