S7-200与WinCC软件在实验室水槽装置上的应用

摘    要:提出基于西门子S7-200系列PLC和WinCC软件在水槽装置实验室构建计算机控制系统的思路,使水槽装置实验室改变了用研华采集板采集数据的传统试验模式。介绍水槽装置的运行原理,阐述了S7-200PLC和WinCC软件在水槽装置上设计计算机控制系统的过程。实验证明,西门子S7-200系列PLC和WinCC软件能很好地实现对水槽装置的控制,是学生学习并掌握PLC应用技术的良好平台。

Application of S7-200 and WinCC Software in the Water Tank Device of Lab

Abstract:The idea of constructed computer control system in the lab of water tank device based on S7-200 series and WinCC software was proposed. The lab of water tank device changes the traditional experimental model, which uses the ADVANTECH data acquisition board. The work principle of water tank device was described, and the design process of computer control system was displayed by S7-200 series and WinCC software application on the water tank device. The experimental teaching proves that S7-200 series and WinCC software can control the water tank device well, and it is a good platform that students learn and understand PLC application technology.
