摘    要:人力资本的内涵和特征是随着历史的发展而确立和延伸的。梳理了中外学者对"人力资本"的不同定义,分析了人力资本理论的发展及其概念的扩展,以及人力资本理论对人力资源开发理论和实践的指导作用。指出关注基层教练员人力资本的投资、形成、积累、激励等人力资本开发,已经成为关系我国竞技体育发展的战略性问题。

Comprehensive Innovation on Human Capital Theory in the Transformation Period of Human Resources Development of Grassroots Coaches

Abstract:The content and characteristics of human capital is established and extended with the development of history.This paper reviews the different definitions of the human capital theory of the Chinese and foreign scholars and analyzes the extension of the development of the "human capital" concept,and its guiding role played in human capital theory to the theory and practice of human resources development.This paper focused on the investment,formation,accumulation,incentives and other human capital development ways on the human capital in grassroots coaches.It has become a strategic issue on development of competitive sports in China.
