甲状腺功能亢进对机体抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进对机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法:应用放射免疫方法(RIA)对甲亢患者与正常人进行了甲状腺功能的测定,同时用改良TBA微量法测定血清丙二醛(MDA)水平、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化,进行相关性分析。结果:甲亢组MDA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),SOD水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);血清MDA、SOD水平与T_3、T_4无线性相关关系。结论:甲亢患者机体有明显的抗氧化能力障碍,血清MDA、SOD水平可作为甲亢患者临床防治及疗效观察的指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of hyperthyroidism on host antioxidation ability. Methods: The function of thyroid gland was determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in hyperthyroidism patients and healthy control group. At same time, the Malondialdehyde (MDA) content in serum was determined by modified TBA microdetermination method, the Superoxide Dis-mutase (SOD) content were also detected by xanthinoxidanse method in all patients and the control group. Results: The resrlts showed that MDA en tent in serum of the hyperthyroidism patients was significantly increased than that of control group (P<0.01), and the serum SOD was significantly lower Compared with that in control group (P<0.01) ; But there were no line correlation between MDA or SOD content and T3, T4 levels. Conclusion: It was suggested that the antioxidation ability decreased obviously in hyperthyroidism patients , MDA and SOD level could be used as valuable in dice for therapeutic effectiveness observation in hyperthyroidism.
