| 摘 要： | 目的:了解在无保护性交后72h内应用小剂量米非司酮紧急避孕的临床效果、副反应及对月经的影响。方法:将无保护性交后72h内的156例妇女给予单次口服25mg米非司酮,观察其避孕效率,用Dixon方法计算有效率。结果:1例因方法失败,156例妇女预期总妊娠数为10.188例,实际妊娠数为1例,避孕有效率为90.18％,服药后出血发生率为10.3％,与上海协作组比较P>0.05。结论用25mg米非司酮作为紧急避孕无严重副反应,对月经周期无明显于扰。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and side-effects of low doses of mifepristone given orally within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse as an emergency contreceptive and on menstrual pattern. Methods: 156 cases healthy women were given 25mg mifepristone orally within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. The efficacy rates of contraception were estimated according to Dixon method. Results: The total expected number of pregnancy was 10. 188 in 156 subjects enrolled in the study. The number of observed pregnancy resulted from method failure was 1 case. The contraceptive effectiveness rate was 90. 18%. The incidences of withdrawal bleeding were 10.3% . Conclusion: Single oral administration of 25mg mifepristone was safe and effective regimen for emergency contraception with no serious side - effects and no obvious disturbance on menstrual pattern. |
