| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性肺心病继发消化道出血防治。方法:回顾分析24例慢性肺心病继发消化道出血的表现。结果:慢性肺心病继发消化道出血死亡率很高,本文通过对24例患者的观察,死亡率为72.5％,其中因窒息死亡率为53.33％。结论:慢性肺心病继发消化道出血患者早期预防和治疗是减少死亡率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the prevention and therapy of chronic pulmonary heart disease - caused secondary gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: 24 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease - caused secondary gastrointestinal hemorrhage were reviewed .Results: Death rate of chronic pulmonary heart disease- caused secondary gastrointestinal hemorrhage was very high . By observation of 24 cases , deathrate rate were 62.5 % , death caused by asphyxia were up to 53.33% .Conclusion: Prevention and therapy of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease- caused secondary gastronintestinal hemorrhage in early stage is the key to reduce death rate. |
