| 摘 要： | 目的:调研张家口市育龄妇女风疹的免疫水平。方法:采用ELISA法,对76名育龄妇女进行了风疹病毒特异的IgG、IgM检测。结果:76例中IgG阳性60例,IgM全为阴性,易感率为20.05％。结论:张家口市育龄妇女风疹病毒易感率较高,及时检测风疹病毒的免疫状况,给予正确的导向尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate immunity to rubella virus of the fertile women living in Zhangjiakou city. Methods: E1ISA were used for detecting virus specific IgG and IgM to Rubella. Ruesults: Of 76 , 60 were found to be IgG positive and no one was IgM positive. There was a possibility that 20. 05% of female population of fertile age would be attacked by rubella virus. Conclusion: Rubella susceptibility in women of childbearing age in Zhangjiakou was higher, it is important that immunity to rubella virus shoud be tested in time in order to guide the wonen correctly. |
