| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在教学信息资源建设的过程中,微观层面上要尽可能选择科学有效的策略,宏观层面上则应该坚持目的性、合理性、系统性和持续性等几个基本原则。达到了这些要求,基本上就能使教学信息资源建设满足读者的教学信息资源需求,从而实现教学信息资源功能的效益转化。
