摘    要:本文对Klaus知识溢出模型进行改进,设计出通信技术的知识溢出效应模型,并利用中美通信技术专利数据,通过量化通信技术演化过程中的知识溢出效应,探讨了知识溢出对技术演化的影响及规律。通过实证研究验证了知识溢出效应与技术距离、技术成熟时间成反比。这对我国实施的高科技战略背景下,如何充分利用国内外已有的知识技术存量来获取知识溢出效应,加快我国相关技术的发展,具有重要的价值。

Abstract:This paper improves the Klaus’ knowledge spillover effect model,and designs the communication technology knowledge spillover effect model,as well as does an empirical research on communication technology evolution.The paper especially quantifies the knowledge spillage by patent data,and discusses the influence and regularity which knowledge spillover effect brings to the technology evolution.The empirical research compares American CDMA to China CDMA knowledge spillover effect and China CDMA to TD-SCDMA knowledge spillover effect,and proves that the knowledge spillover effect is in inverse ratio to the technology distance and technology mature cycle.The conclusion is of great value to how to acquire knowledge spillover effect by absorb knowledge in and out,and then to accelerate the development of related technologies in our country.
