| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法，从分析制约上海市智障人参与城市社区特奥运动的因素与智障人参与特奥运动程度之间的关系入手，寻求能够切实提高上海市智障人参与城市社区特奥运动的程度的途径和对策，研究结果表明：场馆充足的社区智障人参与特奥活动的程度较高；提高智障人家属对体育指导员的满意度，将有利于加大智障人参与特奥活动的程度；社区领导的重视程度和特奥志愿者参与程度高的社区智障人参与特奥运动的程度较高。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the mental retardation person participating for community special Olympic movement. The result shows as follows： the person with mental retardation in the community with plenteous sport sites participate more activities. High satisfaction for the sport coaches can increase the participation in special activities＇. The recognition of the leaders of the community and the attachment of the volunteers can elevate the participation in special Olympic movement. |
