| 摘 要： | 通过笔者与新加坡南洋理工学院产、教、研融为一体的“教学工厂”零距离接触，分析了新加坡南洋理工学院“教学工厂”的教学方法、办学理念、发展模式、校园文化、教职员的培训与特型、校企合作等方面的一些做法。阐述了该院在“教学工厂”理念下，所实现的知识与能力的结合、理论与实践的结合、学校与企业的结合、教学与研发的结合等成功经验，为我国高职高专教育提供宝贵的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the author's zero distance touch with teaching factory in Singapore Nanyang Technological University which combines producing,teaching and researching together,this paper analyzes its teaching method,running theory,developing mode,college culture,staffs' training and change,cooperation between college and enterprise and so on.It also discusses the successful experience of the combination between knowledge and ability,theory and practice,college and enterprise,teaching and research under the theory of teaching factory.It hopes to offer the valuable reference for our higher vocational education. |
