| Abstract: | What would be likely to be against the interests of graduates when signing the employment agreements and labor contracts？ How to avoid these violations, reduce labor disputes？ If there is a problem, to which organizations they turn for help？ This paper gives a brief analysis about the three major common law issues existing in the graduate employment： the probationary period, the tripartite agreement and the handling with labor disputes. |
