| 摘 要： | 结合城市商业银行的独特性,通过设置竞争力指标,运用计量分析方法,分析代表性城市商业银行竞争力,发现竞争力排名靠前的城市商业银行业务优势在于定位明确、创新能力强、具有完善的治理结构以及风险控制能力强。在此基础上提出了提升城市商业银行竞争力的对策建议。
