| 摘 要： | 用微生物、植物、动物、人细胞或者专一性酶,通过生物方法将原料转化为特定产品的容器称为生物反应器（Bioreactor）.生物反应器的发展经历了三个阶段：细菌基因工程、细胞基因工程和转基因动物生物反应器.转基因动物生物反应器可以缩短重组蛋白的生产时间,具有很多优点,同时携带目的基因的阳性细胞克隆还可以长期冻存,长久作为核移植的供体,能够重复生产转基因动物. |
