| Abstract: | English for science and technology （EST）is very impor-tant as a special purpose in the advanced-science society. Mean-while, it demands a higher and stricter ability of translation. This thesis first introduces the situation in the universities, then it lists the difficulties during translation, and finally it talks about the characteristics of its style. |
