| 摘 要： | 文章结合广西地方经济的发展需要与独立学院法学专业的师资现状，提出要实现应用型法学人才的培养目标，必须要从改变观念入手，在重视理论教学的基础上，多方强化法学教师实践教学能力，建设一支双师型师资队伍。

A Preliminary Approach to the Dual-Qualification Teach-ing Staff Construction in Law Specialties of Independent Colleges of Guangxi |

| Abstract: | Combined with the requirements of Guangxi regional economic development and the current situation of teaching staff for law specialties of independent colleges, this paper proposed that the concept should be transformed in order to realize the ob-jective of application-oriented law talent cultivation, and besides, based on emphasizing theory teaching, law teachers＇ practical teaching abilities should be enhanced from multiple aspects, so as to construct a dual-qualification teaching staff. |
