| 摘 要： | 改革创新专业学位研究生培养机制，全面提升专业学位研究生培养质量是研究生教育工作的当务之急。企业导师制度的建立，有利于专业学位研究生充分利用学校和企业两种不同的环境和资源。学校可以创建包括企业导师选聘、教学实施和效果评价，完善保障机制，提升专业学位研究生实践能力和科研水平。

| Abstract: | It is an urgent issue for graduate education to reform the cultivation mechanism of professional degree graduates and comprehensively improve the quality of professional degree grad-uate cultivation. The construction of enterprise tutorial system is conducive to professional degree graduates＇ full use of the differ-ent environment and resources of both universities and enterpris-es. Universities can implement enterprise tutor selection and em-ployment, teaching implementation and effect evaluation, and improve guarantee mechanism, so as to improve the practical a-bility and scientific research level of professional degree gradu-ates. |
