摘    要:随着我国教育事业的不断发展进步和我国经济市场环境的不断变化,传统的教学模式已经显得有些落后,对教学内容及方法进行改革显得极为迫切,特别是基于合作学习理论的教师课堂教学设计能力,已经成为教学改革中比较热门的话题。教师在课堂教学设计的过程中必须重视合作学习的重要性。虽然合作学习理论出现得比较早,但是合作学习理论的效果是不可忽视的,合作学习理论运用在教学课堂中可以把教师与学生、学生与学生之间紧密地联系起来.这无疑会使课堂气氛变得活跃,提高学生学习的兴趣。因此教师在课堂教学设计中必须重视合作学习理论的重要性。

On Teachers' Abilities of Classroom Teaching Design Based on Cooperative Learning Theory and Its Develop- ment Strategies

Abstract:With the continuous development and progress of Chi- na's education cause and the unceasingly change of the market environment of China's economy, the traditional teaching model has been somewhat backward, so it appears urgent to reform teaching contents and methods, especially teachers' abilities of classroom teaching design based on cooperative learning theory, which has become a hot topic in teaching reform. In the process of classroom teaching design, teachers must pay attention to the importance of cooperative learning. Cooperative learning theory appeared relatively early, but its effect cannot be ignored, as its application in classroom teaching can make teacher-student and student-student closely linked to one another, which will un- doubtedly make the classroom atmosphere active and improve students' interest in learning. Therefore, in classroom teaching design,teachers must pay attention to the importance of coopera- tive learninz theory.
