大中小幼心理健康教育一体化:人格的视角

摘    要:随着时代发展和社会变迁,各类学生中出现心理健康问题的风险与日俱增,并呈现出阶段性爆发的特点。从个体发展的视角来看,心理健康问题的阶段性变化规律与学生本身人格发展的阶段性特征不谋而合。从幼儿阶段到大学生时期,他们都会面临不同的心理社会困境,困境的解决使个体人格不断获得发展和完善,从而保证其心理健康。未来心理健康教育工作任重而道远,需要整体规划各阶段心理健康教育的具体目标和详细内容,形成横向符合学生年龄特征,纵向符合人格发展规律,大中小幼各阶段有效衔接的心理健康教育一体化新格局。

Abstract:With the development of the times and the change of society,students’mental health risks are significantly increasing,characterized by staged outbreaks.In terms of individual development,the periodic changes of mental health problems coincide with students’staged personality development.In all the educational stages,ranging from preschool education to higher education,they will face different psychological and social dilemmas,the tackling of which will promote their personality development and improve their mental health.However,there is still a long way to go before mental health education.We need to make an overall plan for the specific goals and details of mental health education in all the educational stages,and develop an integrated framework of mental health education suitable for students at different ages and in different educational stages,and for their personality development.
