| 摘 要： | 为中职生创设升学空间,是伴随着高等教育大众化进程而开始的。面向2035年职业教育基本实现现代化这一目标,职业教育高考制度应当作为其中的一项核心内容进行建设,但这需要从更为宽广的学术视角探讨职业教育高考制度建构中的根本问题。职业教育还没有高考制度,迄今只是构建了一些局部化的中职生升学途径,系统规划和建设职业教育高考制度是职业教育改革和发展的重点。职业教育高考建构的目的,一是促进技术应用型人才培养体系的形成,二是促进中等职业教育与高等职业教育的衔接,三是促进普通教育与职业教育的融通,四是保障中职生的公平升学权利。职业教育高考制度建构要达成的目标,一是实现中职生在高等学校与专业志愿选择中的自由度,二是实现中等职业教育与高等职业教育在教学标准上的清晰衔接,三是把部分专业性强的职业教育课程纳入普通高考选择科目。职业教育高考制度建构的核心理论问题,一是职业教育高考成绩与普通高考成绩之间是否具有等值性,二是专业课考试成绩是否具有足够的教育通用价值,三是专业课考试内容应该偏重专业理论知识还是操作技能。

| Abstract: | The creation of space for secondary vocational school students to receive higher education started with the popularization of higher education.To achieve the goal of realizing the modernization of vocational education in 2035,we are supposed to complete the core task of building the college entrance examination system for vocational education,but we need to explore the fundamental problems involving the core task from a broader academic perspective.So far,there is still no college entrance examination system targeting vocational education,but merely partial college-entrance approaches for secondary vocational school students.Therefore,the key to the reform and development of vocational education is to systematically plan and build the college entrance examination system for vocational education.The building of such a system aims at promoting the establishment of the system for technology application-oriented talent training,pushing forward the connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,promoting the integration of general education and vocational education,and protecting secondary vocational school students’fair right to receive higher education.The building of such a system is supposed to reach such goals as letting secondary vocational school students freely choose colleges/universities and majors,clearly connecting the teaching standards for secondary vocational education with those for higher vocational education,and listing some highlyprofessional vocational education courses into the general college entrance examination.The core theoretical problems in the building of such a system include whether the results of the college entrance examination for vocational education are equivalent to those of the general college entrance examination,whether the results of the college entrance examination for vocational education targeting technical courses have sufficiently universal value,and whether the examination for technical courses focuses on theoretical knowledge or operation skills. |
